The TOYO Limited lever hoist is mainly constructed from high-strength alloy structural steel plates. It is equipped with:
- A dual-pawl braking system.
- A G80 high-strength load chain (TOYO manganese steel G80 shot-blasted chain).
- An alloy steel precision-forged lifting hook.
It has obtained CE and GS certifications, and some models can be optionally equipped with overload protection functions. When the load value exceeds 1.3-1.8 times the rated load, the friction plate of the load-limiting device will slip, and the lifting action will fail at this time, thus achieving the purpose of load-limiting.
