BASIC INTRODUCTION

TOYO US Type forging shackle is an American – style forged shackle, including models such as G209 and G2130. It has a wide range of rated loads, from 1/3 ton to 85 tons, which can meet different load requirements. With diverse surface treatment methods, it offers two options: electro – galvanization and hot – dip galvanization, adapting to various environmental demands. The shackles are manufactured by die – forging process and equipped with alloy steel pins to ensure structural integrity.

High Strength and Reliability: Through hardening and annealing processes, the strength and toughness of the material are enhanced. Each shackle body is marked with the working load, facilitating quick identification and selection of appropriate specifications.​
High Safety Factor: The maximum guaranteed load reaches 2.2 times the working load, and the minimum breaking strength can reach 4 or 6 times the working load as required, providing sufficient safety margins during use.​
Strong Corrosion Resistance: The electro – galvanized or hot – dip galvanized surface treatment effectively isolates external corrosive media, enhancing the rust – resistance of the shackles and extending their service life.​
Superior Craftsmanship: The die – forging process makes the shackle structure dense. Combined with alloy steel pins, it has excellent impact – resistance and fatigue – resistance.
