BASIC INTRODUCTION

TOYO Round sling is manufactured using a webbing mechanism, and different sewing techniques can be applied according to specific requirements. The product is made from high-quality synthetic fibers and high-strength polyester filaments. The sleeve is composed of 100% high-strength polyester filament (PES), while the filling consists of 100% high-quality synthetic fibers.​
The working load capacity of the sling can be quickly identified by its color and width. The colors of the sling comply with the color coding standards specified in DIN-EN1492-1. Each sling is equipped with tonnage stripes, with each stripe representing a load capacity of 1 ton. The sling offers multiple safety factors, including 4:1, 5:1, 6:1, 7:1, and 8:1. Its operating temperature range is from -40°C to 100°C, and it is produced in accordance with the EN-1492-2:2000 standard.
