BG2130 Large size forged shackles

BASIC INTRODUCTION

Rated load range: From 100 tons to 1250 tons.
Surface treatment: The shackle body is gray hot-dip galvanized, and the pins are red plastic-sprayed.
Manufacturing process: Die-forged, hardened, and annealed. The pins are made of alloy steel.
Marking: The working load is shown on each shackle body.
Load-related data: The experimental load is 2.2 times the working load, and the minimum breaking strength is 6 times the working load.
Material: Both the shackle body and the cross pin are made of high-quality alloy steel that has been quenched and tempered at high temperature.
Inspection: 100% non-destructive testing is carried out.
